Every now and then you come across a verse or some words of inspiration that stay with you forever.

I first came across Desiderata during our staff meeting last 2005.

Our Project Director gave us copy on Desiderata then he read the poem. After reading he told us that his principle in life is that he will really strive to be happy, no matter what happen. On that day, I realized that life is too short to be sad so I will really strive to be happy even i am the most unfortunate man in the world.

Enjoy and apply in your life from this day on:-

It's been a long time i did not post in my personal blog because I am so busy with my review and other things. I am so busy on researching on how to become successful on everything. Yesterday I visit one of the local bookstore in Davao City and secretly browsed different books about investing and secret of success. I asked myself where I stand on that moment. What is my measuring stick of success? To me, any human being who is striving to grow is already successful. We don't need much money so we can consider that we are successful because there a lot people who are financially stable but his family is disintegrating - I still considered him not successful. I think the main ingredients to succeed on everything in life. You must see the SFPHER (do the hardwork!)

I wake up early at exactly 3:15 a.m., I don't know why I can't sleep well. Since I can't sleep I'm browsing different websites then I saw this article. I would like to share this to you.

To be touched by love is like to be touched by water - beyond doubt you can feel love as much as you can feel to be wet from water. If there is doubt then there is no love. If there is love then you should enjoy love, absorb love and let that love heal you and free you.

Love is as material as water or sunshine. Love is energy comparable to sunrays. Invisible but perceptible by your heart and soul.

Provided that you are open and sensitive to feel love - there is an absolute rule:

Sparkling love emanates from a loving heart and radiates into all hearts open for love

If there is love - then you need to be able to feel that love. If you feel no love then there IS NO love. Love never can be experienced by your brain or intellect. Hence to feel and to perceive true love you need to switch OFF your brain and open your heart.

Most mortal humans have a love weak like a candle light. Hence in most relationships love only can be felt if the lovers are within a few meters from each other and if there is no one intercepting that love relationship or disturbing your peace of mind.

Jealousy and envy often cause even your "best friends" or even your parents to intervene in your attempts to fall in love. Jealous or envious people want you to stay with them rather than to find your own love - hence they try to separate you from any potential lover by disturbing the small flame of mortal love until your heart is poisoned.

Love is fragile here on earth. Most people are too weak to understand the ego game by friends or relatives until it is too late and a potential romantic love is shattered into pieces by poison of jealousy and envy.

Focus on love and if you feel love then fight for your love, fight for your happiness. Stand up against all who want to separate you or intervene. Make freedom in your life, create free hours and create peaceful days far away from all disturbing business life. Create your honeymoon situation in your daily life and take the time to strengthen the flow of true love between 2 lovers. Create a bond of love strong enough to withstand all hurricanes of normal life and keep God as your Godfather to protect your relationship while here on earth.

Love is fragile like a baby - but love needs to grow strong to withstand and survive all Taifuns of business life, political life, jealous friends and parents as well as all black magic still existing on this planet and beyond.

Lovers belong together all life long. Both lovers need to grow strong in their love and in their loyalty for each other and for their mutual love for all creation and God above all. Hence loves need to share their life day by day to experience together all life. Only shared life, only shared experiences join you more and more in your hearts while experiences lived separately tend to separate you from each other. Lovers are made to have a common interest even in their jobs and thus to have a family business - small but loving - to enjoy all life together as eternal lovers.

As soon as lovers are apart by hundreds of even thousands of kilometers - then usually the flow of love no longer can be felt by mortal humans and hence separation starts. Separation in body soon leads to separation in heart and soul. The poison of jealousy and envy around most people will kill most love relationships sooner or later. True friends who help to keep you together or even help you to get closer are rare like thousand carate diamonds.

The only one to care really for you and to help you to stay together or to get closer together is God. To enjoy God's bliss a relationship needs to be rooted in God by both lovers - else God has no means to protect you and to heal and enhance your love relationship.

When I was in elementary, this is the first love song i practiced in playing guitar because I love plucking style in guitar so much. I love this song so much because the message of the song really touch my heart. It is a stunningly beautiful song...it talks about a man who loses sight of his goals and dreams.......but reinvents the wheel and makes all his aspirations and utopian dreams come true!!

Only David Coverdale could have written such a beautiful song!!

I will share to you the story of an old woman how she live happily with her five simple rules to be happy.

The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is
fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock , with her hair fashionably
coifed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind,
moved to a nursing home today. Her husband of 70 years recently passed
away, making the move necessary.

After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the
nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she
maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description
of
her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her
window. "I love it," she stated with the enthusiasm of an
eight-year-old
having just been presented with a new puppy.

"Mrs.. Jones, you haven't seen the room .... just wait." "That
doesn't
have anything to do with it," she replied. Happiness is something you
decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend
on
how the furniture is arranged... it's how I arrange my mind. I already
decided to love it "It's a decision I make
every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in
bed
recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no
longer
work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do.

Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I'll focus on the new
day
and all the happy memories I've stored away ... just for this time in
my
life. Old age is like a bank account ... you withdraw from what you've
put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness
in
the bank account of memories. Thank you for your part in filling my
Memory
bank. I am still depositing. Remember the five simple rules to be
happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.

2. Free your mind from worries.

3. Live simply.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less.

Last March 28, We have an outing to Seagull Mountain Resort. This is really a great place to see a wide variety of scenery! An outing for a day can bring so many interesting sites and very relaxing. This is my first time to visit this great mountain resort. When we arrived in seagull, we feel the fresh air already.

We made a lot of stops along the trip and took photos, just basically taking our time and enjoying ourselves. It is a beautiful mountainous drive, and mixing the scenic beauty with having fun with friends was a great mixture! The scenery along the way is beautiful.

We live in Davao so we can easily go back to the city in the late afternoon. During our ride we saw a beautiful flowers along the highway. My friends wants to buy some flower but i told them that kind of flowers will not survive in the city because it lives only in the cold temperature area like Bukidnon.

Took a few snapshots for remembrance.

When I swim in the flowing swimming pool, the water is like a water inside the freezer. It so very cold. Even its hot that day, I still feel the cold water.

One of my friend asked me to send inspirational text message because she was down because she had a problem on her family but i told her that its normal to have a problem in your family circle. My advise to her is to think positive always.

Treat everybody with love then it will bounce back to you. It may not instant but it will come little by little. Being a positive thinker, you will convert negative forces to positive then it will make your day brighter.

The world is full of beauty when your heart is full of love. So start and end your day with love and smile in your heart. Have a peaceful day.

This is a great technique that lets you focus attention by using dramatic soft lighting.

I love the picture with drama effect because for me this is cool and create peace of mind. Before I am very curious how the photographer did that kind of effects but my friend told me that photographer use plug ins in photoshop so they can easily do the effect but i discovered lately that i can create the drama effect with a few steps so i will share this to all of you.

First step, open your file in Photoshop then once it already open go to:

Filter>Render>Lighting Effects


Just experiment on the Lighting Effects on what is the best lighting effects on your subject or you will follow my set up.


The Final Result. You will see the simple dramatic effect on your subject. There is a lot focus on the subject because some of area are darken to make the subject stand out.

I read it aloud every time i feel so down. In fact, it’s hanging on my wall. I will share this to you so when you feel down too. Read this poem again so you will be inspire. Life must go on. No matter what happen in your life with all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it's still a beautiful world. Be cheerful, strive to be happy.

The bird is standing by to eat this starving child but this child wants to survive then he still go to ICRC station to ask food even this is 1 km away from him. the photographer of this picture later committed suicide because of his emotional breakdown attaching to his own work. This picture was voted as the best the best journalistic photography many years ago. Look at his will to live, he never quit until his last breath.

Cleaning of outer surfaces of a computer can be done with soap and water as long as the solution does not enter the internal parts of the computer. The solution should be applied with a lint-free cloth. The cleaning should be followed with an anti-static spray that can be made out of water and fabric softener.

Internal dust can be cleaned with canned air, a soft brush or anti-static vacuum. Anti-static vacuums are specially grounded to prevent static discharge like regular vacuums. Dust can contribute to overheating problems. Making sure that all expansion slot covers are in place can reduce dust buildup. Missing covers can also disrupt the airflow design of the case and cause overheating problems. Additional fans can be added to help cut down on internal temperature problems. Computer equipment should not be placed in areas of extreme temperature or humidity.

Oxidation corrosion can slow down or even prevent electricity from flowing through contact points. Oxidation buildup can be removed by rubbing with an emery board or eraser. It can also be cleaned with special cleaning solution.

Other internal components can be cleaned with Isopropyl alcohol and lint-free swabs.

Monitors should be cleaned with a soap and water solution with the power disconnected. Do not use household cleaning solutions as they can damage the screen. Monitors should not be opened unless you are qualified to work on them. Deadly voltage can be stored inside the monitor even a year after it has been turned off.

Computer components should be transported in antistatic foam or an anti-static bag.

Hard drives are vacuum sealed and should never be opened except by professionals in a "clean room".

Important data should be regularly backed up and stored in a fire-proof safe or at a separate location for protection against fire or theft. Windows NT/2000 Emergency Repair Disks should be stored in a secure place where only authorized personnel can access them.

Because floppy disks are magnetic media, they should not be exposed to magnetic fields that can be produced by TVs, monitors, speakers, power supplies and appliances with motors. Floppy drive heads can be cleaned with a wet or dry head cleaning disk. Keyboards can tend to collect dust between the keys. They can be vacuumed with a small vacuum.

Mice need to occasionally have the X and Y rollers cleaned with a lint-free swab.

Electrical spikes(measured in nanoseconds) or surges(measured in milliseconds) can cause damage to system components or even data loss. Surge suppressors can prevent minor variances in power and provide a stable stream of electricity to the unit, however, they may not always work against larger surges.

Uninterruptable Power Supplies(UPS) provide power to the devices connected to it for a period of time in the event of power loss or sag for long enough to gracefully shutdown the computer and avoid data loss. Unnecessary peripherals such as scanners and printers should not be connected to a UPS as they can overload it.

Laser printers have several hazards that should be noted. The laser can cause blindness, the fuser can cause burns and the power supply can cause electrocution.

Toner cartridges, ink jet cartridges and batteries can be recycled.

Hazardous materials come with Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS) that provide a variety of information as to how the product should be handled and disposed of.

Electrostatic Discharge(ESD) can be harmful to electronic components and cause them to fail. Low humidity, walking across carpet and appliance motors are some of the common generators of ESD. MOS devices are particularly sensitive to ESD and special care should be taken around them. Below are some of the prevention methods employed to prevent damage:

* Grounding straps are connected to a technicians wrist. You can ground the wrist strap to the earth pin on a wall socket.
* Remove all metallic jewelery.
* Antistatic mats.
* Touching the chassis of the computer while plugged into a grounded outlet.
* Anti-static sprays can be applied to floors, computers and work surfaces.
* A humidifier can be used to keep the humidity above 50%.

An ESD wriststrap should never be worn when working with high voltage equipment such as monitors.

Computer equipment should be unplugged from the wall during electrical storms to prevent equipment damage and injury.

I will share this to you, one of my favorite love letter. This letter touched my heart so much because I feel on this letter that love is deathless even your are already dead. I hate war so much because it makes your love ones far away from you. There is no winner in WAR but we are all loooooosers. Victory in WAR is worst than defeat.
